Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA)
Gateway Community Health Centre (Gateway) is accountable to Ontario Health and to the clients and communities we serve. Gateway signs a legal agreement with Ontario Health, whereby Gateway is required to meet specific service and performance targets. This agreement is known as the Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA).
