Gateway CHC is the site for SMART Recovery Meetings hosted by Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA):

SMART Recovery® is the leading self-empowering addiction recovery support group to help people recover from substance use, gambling and other addictive behaviours. This program is an abstinence-based, self-help support group (NOT a 12-step program) for individuals and is based on concepts of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).

Gateway CHC is also the site for the CMHA’s Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM Clinic):

The RAAM clinic provides individuals with substance use concerns easy access to responsive, time-limited care. RAAM aims to assess the individual, support their initial stabilization and help them transition to community-based services. The RAAM Clinic is supported by a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals at Gateway CHC.
